Flint schools have kicked off their anti-bullying awareness week, with each day of the week focusing on a different awareness and prevention program.

According to WNEM, students will learn to recognize the many types of bullying including bullying done through social networking.

Middle and high school students will compete throughout the week to see which student body can come up with the most positive, anti-bullying message using Twitter.

On Wednesday, elementary school students will compete to see how many can wear blue, the color of peace.
