The Flint City Council will hold a special meeting Monday night where they are expected to lay out the city's plans for the the future with the unveiling of a master plan. A master plan spells out the rules for land use, where businesses can develop and addresses public safety issues such as blight.

According to WNEM, if council members approve the plan, residents will have about two months to weigh in on it.
