A Flint-area woman has lost her latest appeal over her husband's death. Sharee Miller had been convicted of enticing her online boyfriend to kill her husband.

According to WNEM, a federal appeals court ruled that the confession of Jerry Cassaday was admissible at Miller's trial. Cassaday had written a confession to the crime before committing suicide. Miller is serving a life sentence for conspiracy and second-degree murder. She had been free for three years during the appeals process before being returned to prison in 2012.
