February 25, 2017, Genesee County High School students competed in an essay contest sponsored by Flint Area Right To Life.

In a 5-8 minute presentation (see video highlights), each student chose, researched and then spoke on one of the following topics: Abortion, Euthanasia, RU486 Pills, The Morning After Pills, Embryonic Stem Cell Research or Margaret Sanger.

Each speech was scored by a panel of judges, and cash prizes of $500, $300, and $200 were awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place respectively.
