The City of Flint has announced the five finalists for a new city administrator position. Public interviews of the candidates will be held on Wednesday and conducted by Emergency Manager Darnell Earley and a six-member advisory committee. The finalists are:

  • John Daly, Manager Director of the Genesee County Road Commission.
  • Natasha Henderson, City Manager/Chief Administrative Officer for Muskegon Heights.
  • Ellis Mitchell, Interim City Manager of East Point, Georgia.
  • Scott Randall, former general manager Hot Springs Village in Arkansas and former town manager for Superior, Colorado.
  • Paul Shew, for city manager of Rye, New York.

Following the interviews, the committee will make their recommendation to Earley for the appointment. The interviews, which are open to the public, begin at 8 a.m. on Wednesday in the City Council chambers at Flint City Hall.
