State Rep. Woodrow Stanley is inviting residents to a town hall meeting to discuss the effects of the Voting Rights Act.
Stanley will be joined by panelists Rep. Stacey Erwin Oakes (D-Saginaw), attorney Jocelyn Benson, attorney Butch Hollowell and Flint Urban League President Linda Hoff.
