Teen Health Screening

Presented by the Thomas Smith Memorial Foundation and Hurley Medical Center.

This special, one-of-a-kind program offers an in-depth heart screening that includes a medical history, blood pressure check and an ECG.

Please pre-register to participate by calling (810) 262-9260 and press option #1 between 8am and 8pm as space is limited. Organizers expect upwards of 400 teens.
