Making Flint a Safer City
The Flint Area Public Affairs Forum hosts “Making Flint a Safer City.”
Those speaking on the panel include: Alvern Lock, Chief of Police, City of Flint Police Department; Jerry Boyles, former Chief of Police for Lansing Police Department and consultant on police resources; Dr. Kenneth Litwin, associate producer of Criminal Justice at UM-Flint; Pastor Latrelle Holmes, Greater Galilee Baptist Church; and Matthew Schinkler, College and Cultural Neighborhood Crime Watch.
The panel will be moderated by Sarah Whitman, Community Service Trooper, Michigan State Police.
