Bowling For a Cause

Wellness AIDS Services, Inc. along with Flint Gay Pride Society will be hosting a Bowling Fun Day to raise money for "Our Safe Space" and Flint Gay Pride 2012.

Our Safe Space is a LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bi and Transgender) drop in center located downtown that provides a safe space for local young gay people to be themselves. The center hosts dinners, skills building workshops, HIV/STD counseling testing and referral services. Tutoring and homework assistance is also offered.
