EM Denies Council Request for Special Meeting on Blue Ribbon Committee Report

Flint Emergency Manager Darnell Earley has denied a request from the city council for a special meeting to discuss the Blue Ribbon Committee's report. Earley blasted the majority of city council members who he said were so "egregious, unfair and obnoxious" the first time they met to discuss the report, that they wouldn't get a second time to do so. Earley denied the request with a letter to City Council President Scott Kincaid on Wednesday. Read the full letter below.
