Elderly Woman Sexually Assaulted in Home

An 87-year-old woman was sexually assaulted in her home on Monday.

According to WNEM, it happened in Flint around noon near Bradley Avenue and Reynolds Street. Police said the woman was bringing in groceries when a man forced her inside her home. Authorities said the woman was raped, beaten and robbed.

WNEM says the woman remains hospitalized. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Flint Police.
