Kevin Durant and the Oklahoma City Thunder beat the San Antonio Spurs last night 107-99 to advance to the NBA Finals.

Durant had 34 point and 14 rebounds while playing all  of regulation for the first time this season according to ESPN. Russell Westbrook added 25 points for the Thunder who trailed by as many as 18 in the first half and eventually erased a 15 point halftime deficit.

The Oklahoma City team will now play in the finals for the first time since 1996 and before relocating from Seattle.

The Spurs are now left to wonder "what if." Tony Parker had 29 points and 12 assists. Tim Duncan chipped in 25 points and Stephen Jackson had 23. The Spurs had won 18 straight games (including the regular season) before heading into the series with the Thunder.
