The City of Flint road crews plan to work continuously to ensure that all city streets are addressed. In a statement, the city says "all available resources and personnel equipped to deal with the snow covered streets are being utilized."

The City of Flint has also reached out to MDOT for help in addressing the snow accumulation. MDOT, through the Genesee County Road Commission, has committed resources to help Flint clear trunk line roads such as M-54 and M-21.

After major and secondary streets, the priority of city resources will then be on clearing of Flint's neighborhoods. All residents are also being asked to remove parked cars from the street in order to allow plow trucks uninterrupted access.
