A Genesee County Circuit Court found Davontrae J. Benton guilty in the murder of six-year-old Jonaries Holden yesterday.
Benton, 26, was found guilty of Second Degree Murder, four counts of Assault with Intent to Murder, and Felony Firearm in the November 1, 2010 shooting death of Jonaries on Flint Park Boulevard near King Avenue in Flint

My Facebook page (friend me if you haven't already) lit up this morning with comments from riders who seem perfectly happy keeping their heads helmeted while riding. Governor Rick Snyder may have the opportunity to sign a bill that would repeal the state's helmet law for motorcyclists age 21 and older

Genesee County Prosecutor David Leyton has issued murder charges in the 1985 murder of a store clerk in the City of Flint.
William Hoss, 46, is currently serving a prison sentence at the Macomb Correctional Facility in New Haven, Michigan for other convictions, has been charged with Open Murder and Felony Firearm in the 1985 death of store clerk Darlene Ann Paul
