C.J. Anderson ran for 107 yards and a touchdown, and the Broncos dominated the Houston Texans, 27-9, in Denver on Monday night. Trevor Siemian threw for 157 yards and a 4-yard score to Demaryius Thomas for the Broncos.

Denver (5-2) used its vaunted defense to bottle up its former starting quarterback, Brock Osweiler. He was held to just 131 yards passing while completing 22 of 41 pass attempts. He fumbled three times, losing one.

Houston (4-3) was held to three Nick Novak field goals in the game; they scored just three points after taking a 6-0 lead in the first quarter.

The Broncos scored two touchdowns in the second quarter, and then widened their lead when Devontae Booker scored on a 1-yard run after halftime.
