The Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint have announced they have appointed Tauzzari Robinson as Executive Director effective immediately. Robinson had been serving as interim executive director since April 2014 when Bob Nelson submitted his resignation. Robinson has been with the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Flint in a variety of roles for more than five years and had also worked with three other Boys & Girls Clubs across the Midwest prior to coming to Flint. In 2009 Robinson was named the Boys & Girls Club Professional of the Year for Michigan and was also a member during his youth. Robinson credits the club with having a major influence on his life. Pam Murdock, President of the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater Flint board, says the board "is very pleased to have Tauzzari in the Executive Director role ass we continue to provide Flint's youth with a safe place for after school and summer programming." Robinson holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration with a concentration in non-profit administration from U of M - Flint and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Toledo. He and his wife reside in Genesee County.
