A.G. Schuette Issues Opinion on Emergency Manager Law

Michigan Attorney General Bill Schuette issued an opinion Monday afternoon on the state's return to Public Act 72.

Last Friday the Michigan Supreme Court ruled voters will get the opportunity in November to have their say on Public Act 4, the state's controversial Emergency Manager law.
